The good news is that Infinity Massage will be opening June 1! Trust me, I have missed you and massage as much as you missed my table!
It will also look a lot different, starting with me in a new mask and new apron for each session. Shoes will need to be left outside the treatment room, and hands washed or sanitized before and after leaving. Appointments will only be able to be scheduled via texting (614) 568-9355 in order to accommodate the cleaning time between appointments more efficiently. It’s is also important to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible and to text me when you are in the parking lot so I can escort you into the building, hand you a mask if you don’t have one, and to do a temperature check.
Because I have an autoimmune disease (Hashimotos Thyroiditis) I will be asking everyone who is on my table to wear a mask while face up. Face down I will be employing a strategically draped pillowcase, but if at all possible I would like masks to be kept on. This also means no touching your mask! Hopefully these things will all become second-nature, but I know it is still hard for many (me included) to not touch my face or my mask. Facial massage will be limited to the non-masked areas. It’s important to take these factors into account when scheduling your massage length, the last thing I want is for anyone on my table to be uncomfortable.
Along with standard cleaning procedures, I have a hepa filter that cycles the air 5 times every hour. Hopefully with all these layers of “Swiss cheese” I can safely provide the massage we all need so much right now. A COVID screening questionnaire will be emailed to you 24 hours before your appointment.
